What Fabricated Stainless Steel Letters means
Unlike “flat cut” metal letters which are sliced from a single solid sheet, “fabricated” (or built-up) letters are hollow 3D structures. They are created by laser-cutting a flat face, then precisely laser-welding a separate strip of metal (the return) around the perimeter to create deep, lightweight, and highly impressive 3D volume.

- Blind Stud Mount (Flush to Wall): Threaded studs are pre-welded inside the hollow back of the letter. Installers use our precise drill template to mount the letters perfectly flush against drywall, wood, or stone for a seamless architectural integration.
- Standoff Spacer Mount (Floating Shadow Effect): Using the same blind studs but adding aluminum spacer sleeves, the letters are mounted 1/2″ to 1″ away from the wall. This creates a natural, elegant drop-shadow cast by the ambient room lighting.
- Bottom Stud / Rail Mount (For Monuments): For signs sitting on top of a canopy or masonry monument, thick threaded studs are welded to the bottom returns of the letters, allowing them to be securely bolted downward into the structure.
