For most standard orders, we require 100% payment upfront before production begins.
Why? Unlike a shoe store, we are buying raw materials and cutting them specifically for your unique design. We cannot restock these materials.
For very large B2B contracts or bulk wholesale orders, please talk to our sales team about split-payment options (Deposit + Balance before shipping).
We want to make your transaction smooth and secure. We accept:
· Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (via our secure online checkout).
· PayPal: For fast and protected transactions.
· Wire Transfer (T/T): Recommended for orders over $2,000 to save on transaction fees.
Generally, we do not work on Net 30 terms for new clients. However, we happily accept Purchase Orders from Government Agencies, Public Schools, and Fortune 500 Companies upon credit approval. For all other businesses, payment is required to start the project.
Absolutely. Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption (that little lock icon in your browser). We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers; all payments are processed through secure, world-class payment gateways (like Stripe or PayPal).
