Absolutely. We provide Free Design Proofs and 3D Renderings before you pay a dime. Our design team will show you exactly how the sign will look on your building’s photo (Day & Night view) and specify materials and dimensions, ensuring there are no surprises when you open the box.

We stand behind our quality. BASISSIGN offers a 3-Year Warranty on all electrical components (LEDs, Power Supplies) and a 5-Year Warranty on structural materials (Metal, Acrylic color fastness) against natural defects. If a component fails, we ship replacements free of charge.
