What is your Return Policy?

Because every sign we make is 100% custom-built specifically for your brand (we can’t resell a sign with your name on it to anyone else), all sales are final. We do not accept returns for “change of mind.”
However, we have a “Perfection Guarantee”:
If the sign arrives defective, has the wrong color, or doesn’t match the approved proof, we will repair it or manufacture a brand new replacement for you at absolutely no cost. We stand behind our craftsmanship.

Can I cancel my order?

Speed is our strength, so we often start processing materials immediately after you confirm the order.

· Before Production Starts: You can cancel for a 100% refund.
· During Production: If we have already cut the metal or acrylic, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the material costs.
· After Shipping: The order cannot be canceled.

If you need to change something, please contact your Project Manager immediately!

What if I made a typo on my design?

It happens! That is why we have a rigorous “Double-Approval Process.” Before we manufacture anything, we will send you a final detailed design proof for confirmation.
Please check your spelling and dimensions carefully. Once you sign off on the proof, we build exactly what is on the paper. If you spot an error after you approved it, let us know ASAP—we might be able to stop the machine, but we can’t promise.

How do I file a warranty claim?

We make it simple. No 10-page forms to fill out.
If an LED burns out or a transformer fails within the warranty period (3 Years for Electronics, 5 Years for Structure), just email us a photo or video of the issue. We will troubleshoot with you, and if a part is defective, we will express ship a replacement component to you immediately.
