What is your typical turnaround time?

We know speed matters. Typically, our production time for illuminated signage is 8-10 business days. Once shipped, our expedited air freight partners (FedEx/DHL/UPS) usually deliver to the US within 5-7 days. We provide a guaranteed timeline with every quote so you can plan your opening day with confidence.

Do you offer installation services?

To keep your costs low, BASIS SIGN focuses exclusively on manufacturing. We do not provide on-site installation crews, which saves you the high markup of local sign shops. However, we make installation incredibly easy. All signs come “Installation-Ready” with 1:1 mounting paper templates, detailed wiring diagrams, and all necessary hardware. Any local handyman or electrician can install them easily.

Why are your prices lower than my local shop?

Because you are cutting out the middleman. Many local sign shops actually outsource their production to factories like ours and add their own profit margin. By buying directly from BASISSIGN (the Source Factory), you get industrial-grade quality at wholesale prices, typically saving 30-50% on your project budget.

Will I see a proof before you start making it?

Absolutely. We never start production until you are 100% happy. We provide free design proofs and 3D renderings showing exactly how the sign will look on your building (day and night view). We also confirm all dimensions, colors, and materials with you before a single piece of material is cut.

What if my sign arrives damaged?

We use heavy-duty wooden crates designed for international shipping, so our damage rate is extremely low (<1%). However, all our shipments are fully insured. If your sign arrives damaged, simply notify us within 5 business days with photos, and we will manufacture and express ship replacements immediately at no cost to you.

Are your signs UL Certified for the USA?

Yes. Compliance is key. All our illuminated signs and electrical components (LEDs, Power Supplies) are UL Certified to meet US safety standards. We apply the necessary UL labels to the signs, ensuring they pass your local electrical inspection without issues.

Do you help with City Permits?

While we cannot file the permit for you (as cities require the property owner or a local installer to do this), we provide a comprehensive Permit Package. This includes detailed structural drawings and specifications that you can hand directly to your city planner to get your permit approved smoothly.

Can you match my brand colors perfectly?

Yes, we take branding seriously. We can match specific Pantone (PMS) codes or paint brands (like Sherwin Williams). If you have vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf), we can reproduce your logo perfectly. If you don’t have a logo yet, our design team can help optimize your ideas for signage.

What is your Warranty Policy?

We build signs to last. BASIS SIGN offers a 3-Year Warranty on all electrical components (LEDs, Power Supplies) and a 5-Year Warranty on structural materials against fading or natural defects. If a component fails, we ship replacements free of charge.
