By entering into a business agreement under this TERMS & CONDITIONS with BASIS SIGN (the Dealer), you (the Purchaser) consent to agree to and be limited by the accompanying TERMS & CONDITIONS of the offer. From here on you refers to the client / purchaser and us we our the vendor refers to BASIS SIGN.
1. PRICING AND TERMS
QUOTES
Changes may bring about a cost rise, which will be reflected in another statement. Kindly remember that all statements made will depend on the T&C. Any request placed is dependent upon the terms and conditions set over here.
PRICE
The value payable for the merchandise you request and their conveyance is as set out in the receipt. We claim all authority to change the costs appeared and we will reach out to you before, in case a modification is made. For a logo or design idea, send us your business logo neon sign, and our team will get back to you with a neon mockup and quote within 24 hours.
2. REQUESTING CUSTOMIZED LIGHTS
A. TERMS
We must receive payment in full for the products requested before your requested custom neon sign can go into production. Our acknowledgment of your request brings into reality a legally binding agreement between us and you.
B. REQUESTS
All orders will be set out in a quote, which must be approved for an order to proceed. Responsibility for the acceptance of this quote lies solely with the customer: mistakes cannot and will not be replaced once your order has entered the production process. Acceptance of the quote and acceptance/payment of the invoice means you have agreed to all of our Trading Terms and Conditions.
C. HANDICRAFTS AND STYLE
All tones that appear on the site are just as precise as the website composition measure permits and will shift with your screen settings, natural light, and so on. G. RETURNS (BESPOKE GOODS)
Custom signs are a bespoke manufacturing service whereby we manufacture personalized goods to your specifications and therefore refunds and returns of goods are not possible. By making a purchase request you consent to pay for the products recorded and comprehend that no discount, substitution, or compensation can be guaranteed once the request has been set.
I. WORK TIME & DELAYS
Our average modified request turnaround is 1-2 days. This can be up to 3 days or more on complicated requests. All turnaround lengths are estimates and we can’t ensure accurate delivery dates. We won’t be liable for any loss incurred because of production or delivery delays.
J. CANCELLATIONS
When a request has been set and paid for, the manufacturing stage begins quickly and costs are borne promptly by us. Consequently, we stress that once an order has been put in, it can’t be dropped. Returns and refunds can’t be acknowledged.
3. REFUNDS / DEFECTS / RETURNS
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Once the product has been delivered, there is no exchange or return policy at BASIS SIGN. However, in case of any manufacturing defect, we will replace your product within a valid warranty time period.

4. DELIVERY
Every package delivered is insured from the point it leaves our factory till the point it finally reaches your doorstep. Any harm that happened to the sign after that is not BASIS SIGN’s responsibility. 6. WARRANTY

A. WARRANTY GUARANTEE

All data provided here is distinguished as private. The commitments of secrecy in these Terms and Conditions will stay in power after the expiry or end of any connection between you and us.
B. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All licensed innovations related to our image, supply chain, and all other important components of our business will remain our own. Clients reserve no privilege to utilize our IP without written authorization.
C. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These T&C’s set out the entire of our understanding. (a) Acknowledge these TERMS & CONDITIONS by buying the products. (b) Lastly, all correspondence will be in the English language.
