Shipment will be carried out by our logistics partner FedEx / DHL, which are the world’s leading courier services. All deliveries sent by BASIS SIGN are insured against theft and accidental damage. If you receive your sign damaged, please inform us ASAP!

All our custom-made and store products are delivered within approximately 3 weeks.
Express Shipping (Rush Order)
Hate the wait? We got you a solution for express shipping. For just an additional $50, you can get your neon sign delivered in 10 business days.

Are You Fully Operational?
COMPLETELY, YES! Our team operates efficiently with robust remote-work capabilities to meet your online orders. Our designers work tirelessly to create LED neon signs custom-designed and made to order according to your specifications, all while maintaining best-practice safety protocols.
How Can I Track My Shipment?
We will send you your order tracking link via email & SMS as soon as you place your order. You can enter your Order ID that will be shared with you as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your shipment using the link provided.
When Will My Order Ship?
We ship LED signs worldwide for free. Any LED design listed in our online store can be ordered and shipped anywhere. Since we need the time to design and manufacture it plus the shipping time, BASIS SIGN takes about 3 weeks to deliver.
3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Import Fees Explained
We ship products all over the world. Each country has their own rules and fees for products imported into said country. It is important that you are aware of your own country’s import laws and fees before you buy.
BASISSIGN does not charge you any of these fees or taxes, and we’re not able to pay these on your behalf. These fees are your responsibility and are not covered by the shipping fees we charge you. Our shipping fees only cover the transport of the product.
