WARRANTY & REPLACEMENT POLICY
To guard your investment against any manufacturing defects, BASIS SIGN offers you a comprehensive warranty period of up to 24 months. Please read the details stated below regarding our Warranty & Replacement policies.
1. WARRANTY PERIOD
Indoor LED Neon Signs
Come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Outdoor Neon Signs
Come with a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty (when used properly). We can make your neon sign suitable for outdoor use; please contact us for a specific quote.
2. REPLACEMENT POLICY
For defective goods, BASIS SIGN provides a replacement for defective parts. We will make every effort to resolve the issue you are experiencing in a quick manner. Please note that every issue is determined on a case-by-case basis and is at the absolute discretion of BASIS SIGN.
In the unlikely event your sign arrives faulty or malfunctions whilst under warranty, please contact us with your Order Number and a full video showing the damage or fault (including power supply and dimmer). We will diagnose the issue and resolve it ASAP by replacing the defective part.
3. WRONG ITEM OR COLOR
If there is an issue with your order, such as the wrong size, a defect, or if we sent the wrong color (e.g., you selected yellow but received white), simply notify us immediately. We will resolve the issue ASAP by replacing the sign.
Please Note: There might be a slight color difference between the digital graphics and the real-life neon lighting. This is normal and not considered a defect.
4. DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We do not offer exchanges or returns for “change of mind” because each product is personalized to your specifications. However, if your sign is faulty or defective for any reason, let us know, and we will make it right.
5. WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
The following situations are NOT covered by this warranty:
- Carelessness, mishap, or imperfect handling of the sign during installation.
- Theft or damage caused by the activities of others.
- Damage caused by chemicals, ice, snow, or water intrusion on indoor-rated signs.
- Any damage to an Indoor Sign caused by using it outdoors.
- Items exposed to destructive conditions or extreme temperatures (below -40°C or above 60°C).
